This 1912 home is a charming blend of historical elegance and modern convenience. The updated kitchen and breakfast nook seamlessly integrate modern amenities, offering a delightful space for morning gatherings.

The bedrooms feature highly rated memory foam mattresses, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. White noise machines with 25 soothing sound options, quality foam earplugs, and bedside outlets are provided for the ultimate recharge.

The home's proximity to NDSU provides a convenient location for visiting families, while just minutes away from downtown Fargo for quick access to local dining and entertainment.

** Please note that this is a 2 story home and all bedrooms and bathrooms are either on the second floor or in the basement. If you're traveling with guests that experience difficulty with stairs, please checkout my host profile to find our rambler property down the street.

Also, please be aware that the 4th bedroom and half bath are located in the basement and accessed through unfinished space, and the shower in the basement bathroom is not in working order. There are, however, 2 working showers on the second floor.

Outside: The house has a large backyard including a hot tub available for guests to enjoy. While there is a garage on-site, the garage is not available for guest use at this time.

Parking: The driveway can accommodate 3+ vehicles. While the driveway is adjoined with the neighbor's, please avoid using their side of the driveway.

The hosts are very communicative and responsive to ensure a 5-star stay. The charming, refurbished house was extremely clean and fully loaded with all the amenities. The cleanest and most stocked we have ever experienced. The hosts even checked in after the first night to ensure we had everything we needed. This house and its hosts are 1st-rate. We highly recommend!

Love this house!

The owners go above and beyond. They have the extras-ground coffee, coffee pods, oatmeal, cozy blankets, plenty of pillows, Q-tips, plenty of towels, laundry soap and a well stocked kitchen. It is nicely decorated and cozy feeling. We didn’t use the basement other than to wash clothes. The basement is a typical basement in an old house but the bedroom is done nicely, just like the other rooms. Owners were very responsive when I needed to add on a night and in general. I have stayed here twice now and really enjoy it.

Great home. Pictures are spot on and we enjoyed the hot tub!! The house is on a busy one way and even with the sound machine going was hard to sleep. The neighbors that you share the driveway with kept to themselves but they did have a barking dog outside all of the afternoon with loud Spanish music playing. Overall the house is enjoyable once inside.
