Poor quality for proce

Overpriced, recently raised prices, best western in much more popular destination less than 100 miles away was significantly less in coast and newer in renovation. Drain did not work in shower. I charging options at the bedside, elsewhere ancient. No drinks available from vending machine, vending machine e only took cash. Room has not been updated in years yet prices were raised significantly.

I travel with a service dog. They put us on the 3rd floor in the front of the building next to a busy highway and the elevator was broken, no one available to help us bring our luggage and bags to our room. Both my husband and I have heart conditions. We are in our 70's and moved the next day to a Best Western in Farmington. Go there instead! Management and front desk staff were a nightmare.

No elevator!

The check in staff didn’t inform us the elevator was out until AFTER we checked in and paid. Our room was on the 3rd floor! my wife and I are both in our 60’s with bad backs. We had to carry all our luggage up three flights of stairs. No accommodations were made. Not even a discount on our room!!
