Pros: Private lake access right out back with kayaks, beach chairs/loungers and beach towels provided, outdoor shower, clean interior of the house, binoculars to look at the birds out on the lake, dog friendly, firepit, two inner tubes (and beach toys for kids), caught several fish in the lake, house is very sound proofed so we slept well, king and queen bed very comfortable, we ate nice meals outside on the porch after making them on the grill, the backyard gets shady in different spots during the day so there was a nice balance of sunny/shady areas, extra fridge in the basement was perfect for drinks, washer and dryer in the basement worked well, nice large TV, puzzles and board games provided, very soft bath towels. Cons: Although the interior of the house is one floor, in order to get to the main floor of the house you have to either climb up the outdoor stairs or the basement stairs, loft doesn't have AC so we weren't really able to utilize that space during the day (but did cool down at night), there was so much decor in the space (it was pretty!) that there wasn't a lot of room to put our things (ex: tables with lamps and vases, hook in bathroom has a macrame piece where you want to hang your towel), lower twin bed isn't the most comfortable (can feel the springs), sometimes we had to listen to the neighbor's music TLDR: This was a great stay and a wonderful location! Being able to walk out back and BE on the lake was worth every penny!! We'll stay again!
