The AC that sits on top of the building makes a lot of noise and it sounds like water running in pipes being knocked on. They moved me to another room, which was wonderful.

The hotel was very nice, biggest let down was the gym. Used it 3 times in 2 days, not being properly cleaned, towels weren't restocked, equipment is not well maintained.

Staff failed to leave keys ready for late check-in, and when given keys, they did not work. Additionally, the lobby was extremely ghetto and dirty, with people sleeping on chairs, feet up, and in pajamas. The bar was slow, and the drinks were very poorly made.

The property was beautiful and well maintained and the hotel staff was pleasant and professional. I’m a recent Grad school graduate and needed a convenient location for my mother and I to stay that was close to my campus for graduation. This location was perfect as there were plenty of restaurants , shopping, and fun things to do in the area. I loved having an onsite restaurant, bar as well as the complimentary snacks and cocktails. I had an amazing stay!

I really like the cleanliness , they give u complimentary drinks for happy hour from 5:30-7:30 ( 2 per guest ) & they have real hot breakfast included . Definitely recommend this hotel

Unfortunately, our recent stay was not great. The hotel was very loud, especially at night, and on our second night, our room filled with the strong smell of marijuana coming in from the hallway. To make matters worse, when we returned from the pool, we were locked out of our room due to a dead door battery. It took over 40 minutes for someone from customer service to finally send a technician to fix it. On top of that, the cleanliness was questionable—there was an earring and sunflower seed left on our nightstand when we arrived. Definitely not the level of comfort or service we expected.
