Newly renovated holiday apartment on the second floor, located between two paradisiacal coves (Cala Ferrera and Cala Serena) just 3 minutes walk; The main avenue of Cala Ferrera with stores, restaurants and parks is just 10 minutes walk and 20 minutes away is Cala D'or. In front of the block there is free public parking, a small supermarket with everything you need and the public bus stop 3 minutes walk.

The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 persons, it has 3 bedrooms in total (2 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), equipped kitchen (Dolçe Gusto Capsules coffee machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle...) 3 balconies and a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
