Sleeps 10. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private swimming pool, barbecue area and lots of terrace area for both sunbathing and relaxing on. Fully fitted kitchen. TV. Air conditioning (hot / cold) in all bedrooms. 2 min. walking from the beach. Parking.


The villa, and the most of the houses in the area, were originally designed by egiptian architects. After some years we made some reforms in the order to make it more confortable and spacious but conserving the original style of the white houses of north africa, Ibiza and Formentera. We also add some touches of the Majorcan building materials as the stone-linded walls that make the place more cozy. The inside is full of light due to the large windows and skylights wich gives a very pleasant open atmosphere crossed by a bare chimney in the center of the living room.
Our customers tell us that they can't get enough of the overall property condition at this villa. During your stay, you're just a quick walk from Cala Serena. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The villa includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Lovely house for a group of friends with one baby. The pool and garden were excellent. The house was clean and the bedrooms spacious. The covered outside area was useful on a rainy day. Very close to the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Very responsive hosts.

Gorgeous Villa.

We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved the villa. Hosts were very friendly and great communication. Each bedroom was lovely, nothing felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped. The external areas are fantastic. Pictures do not do it justice. Lovely beach, Cala Serena nearby. Cala Ferrera/ Cala D’or resorts are about 15 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets fine for quick top up shop, but need to head to the marina (35minute walk) to buy anything like meat for BBQing.

Great location, charming house and lovely pool!

Charming family Spanish style house in a very quiet and lovely area. Very convenient for everything, there's a small but pretty and lovely quiet beach 2 mins walking around the corner. A really good Mallorcan restaurant 5 minutes walk away which we used a lot, near a supermarket which is good for everyday needs, although you'll need to drive a couple of minutes for fresh fish and meat but the shop nearby has everything else.The huge attraciton of the house i htink is for winter, the charming Mallorcan style living room - which is very nice, adorned with artwork by the owner's daugher. And in summer the highlight which we really enjoyed is the outdoor space with is really really charming - a pool with lovely mature trees overlooking and plenty of sunbeds plus a lovely big table and BBQ space for all your eating al fresco. We took all our meals outside and by the end of the holiday felt like it was our own villa. Really enjoyed our stay.Added bonus is tha the owner has provided deep cushioned toppers for the sunbeds so they were incredibly comfortable and lots of snoozing and reading took place. The pool although not massive is a good size I think for a family and is very well maintained plus has sun and shade in different areas making it possible to swim throuhout the day.The owners were very good communication wise and really pleasant to deal with I can recommend.

Lovely relaxing holiday in well stocked villa!

Air conditioning in all bedrooms was essential! Lovely pool area and barbecue area. The kitchen was well stocked to meet all our needs, 2 minute walk from the beach. Address incorrectly given on website which resulted in delays getting there and back as the pre booked taxis couldn’t find the place- only thing that let it down a bit.

Lovely Villa close to the beach

For us it was the perfect short vacation. We really enjoyed the outdoor cooking area (BBQ & Pizza oven) which we used every night. Being so close to a nice little beach which was not overcrowded was a big plus. And of course the communication with the hosts was great. Easy to contact and all questions were answered within minutes.

Nice house close to the sea

Fab

We were two families of four and all had a fantastic holiday. The house was large enough to not feel crowded. The pool area provided sun and shade which catered for all our tastes. Agnes was fantastic and dealt with any queries promptly. The villa was in a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the beach. The only thing I would change about this villa would be to update the bathrooms, other than that I would highly recommend.

Truly Amazing

I can't recommend this property and the location enough. It has everything you want for a villa holiday in Majorca. The house is lovely and spacious and the pool area just the right mixture of sun and shade. The beach is a 3 min easy walk and it is a beautiful little sandy tranquil paradise with crystal clear water. The owners Agnes and Andres are truly wonderful people who were really helpful and generous with their time and dealing with all our questions. I highly recommend this villa and Majorca.

Lovely villa and owners

Very clean villa, good size. Helpful owner who is happy to help if you have any queries. 2 minute walk to the lovely local beach. Every restaurant we ate at in the area was very nice food. Only negative I would say is the super markets are expensive and not much choice. So hiring a car might be worth it, if not eating out is good. I would be happy to return to this villa. Well-presented house in excellent location.

Cala Serena is one of 8 or 9 pocket-handkerchief beaches in teh area generally known as Cala D'Or. The house is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach, although the pool at the house means that the family can stay cool anyway. All the bedrooms, and the main living room, have air conditioning. There is a covered outside dining area which we used for all our meals, as well as two family bath/shower rooms and one en-suite shower room. The general area of the house is quite high-end and exclusive, and was very quiet most of the time. If we wanted to go back to the area, I would have no hesitation in booking this property again.

Good sized villa in lovely location

We stayed as a family of 9 and the villa was great. Clean and modern, the kitchen is newly refurbished and the beds are comfortable. The swimming pool was good for the children, although there are lots of trees so it is rarely in the sunshine - which might be welcome in the height of summer! Its a good value option in an area close to lots of beautiful beaches.

Lovely, traditional villa in a quiet residential area close to beaches and restaurants.

We had a wonderful holiday staying in Agnes' lovely villa. Our group consisted of older teenagers, parents and grandparents, so our main requirement was plenty for everyone to do within walking distance, whilst having plenty of space and privacy back 'home' and this villa ticked all the boxes. Obviously a much-loved family home, it was spacious, light and well-equipped. The bedrooms and large living room were air conditioned which was a blessing with temperatures in the 30's during our stay. The outside spaces were excellent; a large covered terrace with an inbuilt stone bbq just outside the kitchen where we spent most evenings. The garden was terraced with plenty of mature trees providing shady areas around the pool. Just lovely! Although there were neighbours on 3 sides, the garden never felt overlooked. The Cala Serena beach was a few minutes walk, down some steps at the end of the road. There was a very well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk away, and a superb restaurant next to it (always busy so booking advisable). Another 5/10 minutes walk got us to the main resort with more bars, restaurants and beaches. The delightful Agnes was very easy to contact both before and during our stay, and was very quick to sort anything out. We would definitely return.

Lovely villa, pool and garden located in a quiet residential area, perfect for four adults and five children. The beautiful Cala Serena beach is a few minutes walk away, and within 15-20 minutes you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Cala d'Or. Agnès was very helpful and super responsive prior to arrival and also during our stay when a couple of minor issues arose.

Lovely Spanish villa surrounded by trees and shrubs.

Visited with young grandchildren who were able to be outside and in the pool with constantly changing natural shade from surrounding trees if required. Any requirements or problems were dealt with immediately by lovely Agnes . Really short walk to the beach where the calm sea in the bay enabled our young children to enjoy the sea and beach. The villa was a comfortable base, close to restaurants and a supermarket.

Good facilities, very clean and comfortable, extremely well equipped, modern kitchen. Very spacious, air con in all bedrooms a welcome bonus compared to other villas we've used. We loved cooking on the outside BBQ. Three bathrooms, all in good working order. The pool and surrounding area are lovely, plenty of shade and sun loungers for everyone. A very short walk to the nearest beach which was also the nicest. Good, well-stocked supermarket nearby with fresh bread a pastries all day long A bigger supermarket about 20 mins walk away for fresh meat and fish and a wider range of everything including a lovely cafe selling coffee and freshly made sandwiches and pastries in the morning. Golf facilities 7 minutes walk with a great driving range. We [a family group of nine adults] thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay. Plenty of space/areas to have quiet time away from the group and plenty of space in communal areas to get together. Great selection of DVDs and books available. Agnes our host was lovely and left the information we needed. We liked your paintings Agnes!

Cozy spacious house in a quiet location

Great house for larger groups, five bedrooms and a sizeable kitchen that can essily accommodate 6-8 people. Location is very tranquil, yet only a short 10-minute walk from shops and restaurants.

Perfekter Urlaub für die Familie

lovely place very friendly and helpful owners

we were a group of 8 and booked the villa for a week. the property is very clean and has a great pool area. the kitchen was well equipped - we havent missed a single thing. you can reach a wonderful restaurant and small beaches within minutes to walk. 10/10, highly recommended!

Tres jolie cilla bien équipée dans un quartier très agréable

La villa est très bien localisée, dans un magnifique petit quartier résidentiel, proche de petites criques et de toutes les commodites, mais les plus belles croques sont accessibles en 5 à 15 mn de voiture. La maison est parfaitement propre et très bien équipée pour un séjour de 8-10 personnes. Merci pour ce joli séjour.
