The apartment is a perfect combination of design and functionality and is ideal for a family or group of 4 people, consisting of a large living area with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom, two single beds and an uncovered parking space in the common courtyard.



Guests can enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, full-HD smart-TV (netflix accessible with your credentials) one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with single beds, unlimited free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, oven, microwave and on request, cot and high chair for children.

Beautiful and very central flat close

We really enjoyed our staying in this beautiful flat in Ferrara. It is close to the center of this lovely historical town so that we could walk everywhere. The flat is in an old courtyard which has been fully refurbished. The flat itself is new and spacious enough for 4 people. It is exactly as you see it in the pictures. We could park our car in the courtyard. Everything was spot clean! The communication was easy, Chiara, the owner, was really kind and helpful, she answered all our messages very quickly. I highly recommend this flat if you want to spend a few days in Ferrara.
