Stadtvillen sind ganz neu. In einer ausgewĂ€hlten Lage in der NĂ€he des Herzens von Ovacik. Jede Villa hat einen großen "privaten Swimmingpool und ist in Rasen und ummauerten GĂ€rten gesetzt. Mit 3 Doppelschlafzimmern und einer LuxuskĂŒche, gerĂ€umiger Wohn- und Essbereich, 6 Personen, können bequem untergebracht werden.
Von "Licht und luftig" Aussehen die acht freistehenden Villen enthalten viele der neuesten Trends Stadt Villen hat eigene Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Die Zimmer waren groß, hell und sauber. Der Pool sehr sauber und angenehm.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Supermarkt und StrĂ€nde sowie z.B. Besuch in Fethye waren mit einem Auto schnell erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen.Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche war etwas dĂŒrftig (z.B. keine GeschirrtĂŒcher, stumpfe Messer); insgesamt zum kochen etwas schwierig.Das Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist fĂŒr Menschen ab ca 1,70 m GrĂ¶ĂŸe nicht geeignet; man musste gebĂŒckt duschen und konnte auch nur gebĂŒckt aus dem Bett aufstehen.Dennoch ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und Danke an Ali und sein Team!!

The Villa is one of 6 in the block so the images in the listing are not the same as the one you may stay in.The football table was broken and no football in it anyhow.Pool area is nice however three of the 6 Sunbeds are broken with one being ripped. The villa is looking tired, fixtures in the bathrooms are broken, not enough kitchen utensils to cook with and if there are six staying in the villa, definitely not enough crockery.No cleaning products or anything left to use, so you need to buy everything or bring with you.We had a problem with the hot water and the property manager was very difficult to get hold of, I ended up having to go direct to the owner to get any response. Owner organised our transfers from Dalaman airport which were excellent.Local taxi service is great, press the button on the lamp column opposite the villa and the taxi arrives a couple of mins later!Local area restaurants are within a 5 min walk and are lovely, especially the steakhouse and Shiraz. supermarket a 10min stroll.

Excellent value for money and perfect size for 6 adults. Location was good you could walk 5 minutes to local restaurants and shops. A five minute taxi to get to Hissaranu strip and about 10 mins to Olu Deniz depending on traffic. Villa had excellent aircon, great pool area and spacious for price range. Would defined recommend to others ! Communication with Ali the host before our trip was great and he also arranged airport transfers for us. We had no need to contact him during our stay but it would have been easy too if we had a reason.

We had a great stay at the villa. The villa itself was beautiful and in a great location. Our only disappointment was that access to the gazebo was around the hedge and across the grass not straight from the pool area as in the photos. We therefore didnt use it.

Just returned from a 10 stay here, we had a great time. The villa is just lovely, all the rooms are en-suite and well maintained, beds very comfy as well! Special mention for the pool, which was cleaned daily and was most welcome as the weather was glorious. Ali organised all the family transfers to and from the airport which was really helpful. The surrounding area has lots of nice places to eat and drink, we liked Kbar, Sandino's and Cazibe which were all reasonably priced and great service. Hisaronu and Oludeniz are just a short cab ride away.Highly recommend this place and we are already looking at dates for next year.

Very nice villa

It is a beautiful villa. Very clean. Pool was beautiful. Outside area was great. I would definitely stay here again.We had some issues with power cuts (although this is out of the control of the owner), and Ali responded to this very quickly so that we wouldn’t be too disrupted.

2 weeks family break

Property was fantastic, had everything we required and was really relaxing. Perfect location, really quiet but close enough to shops and restaurants. Pool was cleaned everyday. Outside was really well designed, with shaded areas throughout the day. Check in process was a breeze, Ali communicated with us as soon as we booked and was available if needed. Will definitely return.

A welcome break

Lovely and clean, nice and secluded, good location. No problems and quality to a high standard. Good communication at all times, quick responses. Good communication link to taxi call button, directly outside villa. A utilities guide would have been helpful. And maybe a few recommendations for takeaways, etc, in way of a booklet/wallet. We have found this useful in previous villas in Turkey. Outside space was ample, surrounding a lovely pool, which was cleaned daily. A choice of shade or sun.

The property was just as the photos showed it to be. We were so impressed. It was immaculate well designed and spacious. The pool and outdoor space was so lovely too and in great proximity to all amenities(shops/bars and restaurants a plenty). Ali our host was excellent with his communication. He arranged our transfer to and from airport which was fantastic. He also arranged for a welcome pack for our arrival. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back in the future.

City Villas

Lovely clean villa, comfortable and sufficiently equipped for our needs. Good sized pool and garden. Owner was very responsive and helpful and corrected a few small issues we had. We have stayed in this area numerous times in the past and this villa was in a good location, close to all amenities, bus and taxi (taxi button right outside). We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back!

Family holiday

A lovely villa with all the amenities. We stayed in the villa the last week of May and the weather was changeable some rain some sunshine. We found the weather could be raining at the villa and full sunshine in Oludeniz, so if it rains at the villa jump in a cab and go down the hill to the sunshine.

We enjoyed our stay. Some points to note though. There were no cleaning products IE dust pan and brush, tea cloths. These were supplied promptly on request. Also there was no washing up liquid, salt pepper etc, the things previous guests would likely leave. The wine glasses supplied were tiny plus only one beer glass. More glasses were supplied but they were even smaller. Not a deal breaker but annoying all the same, and at this price point I would expect an abundance of good quality glasses. Cooking utensils / pans were the bare minimum so not really suitable if you are a large family who enjoys cooking regularly in the Villa. No DVD player. To some this might not be important but we like to watch movies, and most villas come with a DVD player (or a smart tv) but this tv only had one news channel in English. The Villa itself is modern and comfortable. Beds are fine, as are the bathrooms. There are no chairs on any of the balconies, likely because it would be a safety risk for children. The Villa isn’t overlooked but also being in lower Ovacik doesn’t have a view either unless you’re standing on the top bedroom balcony. Also the Villa only has wall lights internally which cannot be dimmed and produce a harsh light. A couple of downlighters in the living area would improve things, as would bedside lamps in the bedrooms. Location was good as only a two minute walk to the Ovacik road. Would recommend Shiraz and Sandinos restaurants. So, overall good, with a few niggles that can be easily remedied.

City Villas Overcik

Lovely villa, very clean. All as per the photographs. Things to know, there are no cleaning products, no tea towels, dishwasher tablets etc. 1 toilet roll per bathroom. The top floor bedroom has lots of space, but the ceilings are low over the bed and in the bathroom, we had a couple of whacked heads during our stay. The table football table is very tired. The pool is maintained every morning and there was a linen and towel change 1/2 way through our 2 week stay. We had a brilliant holiday and City villas were a great base to go in either Oludenise or Fethiye direction.

Worth the wait

It’s been over 2 years since our last holiday here due to covid restrictions and it was worth the wait Amazing stay , beautiful villa , great location . Can recommend a visit to Teras restaurant top of road . Food & staff lovely. Amazing stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Check in was easy and Ali was very helpful and communicative. There was parking on site and it was all very secure. There’s a grocery store within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. I would happily stay here again!

Excellent Villa, great pool!

We stayed here for 10 days and the villa was lovely, beds were comfy and pool was nice and big. WiFi was also excellent and villa is very close to shops and restaurants. Ali is an excellent host and communicated very well. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa review

Lovely villa which met our needs, some small improvements needed, plug for the kitchen sink, hooks on doors to hang towels etc. My only complaint is that the villa is located very close to a mosque & every morning at half past 5 you had the call to prayer which was extremely loud which in turn woke the many roosters which were in the property next door & started them crowing, not so good if your a light sleeper!! The villa is in a good location close to the Sok supermarket & a good English bar which served decent food for breakfast & lunch. We walked back from HisarönĂŒ rather than get a taxi most evenings as the weather was obviously warm & this only took approximately 15 minutes. HisarönĂŒ offers plenty of lovely restaurants & bars taxis are very cheap & there is a button on the opposite side of the road from the villa to call them. We had a great time & would return in the future.

Fabulous family holiday!

Villa was lovely and clean, pool area was so nice and relaxing. Location was great, supermarket right at top of street and some bars and lovely restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Taxi button right outside villa gate which was so handy when we were going into Hisaronu! Already looking to book again for next year we enjoyed it so much!

Brill villa in a great location

Loved our stay in this villa, plenty of space, and loved the privacy. Great location for us, just down from the main road to Fethiye/Hisaronu, very close to the Sok supermarket for all essentials. Pool area maintained regularly, and the villa had all the facilities you need for a fab holiday.

Beautiful villa

The villa is in a good location close to shops and restaurants it's very modern with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in a few of Ali properties which have all been amazing. Can't wait to return for our holiday again next year 😊
