Our house is situated in a quiet and central location in Birkenstein, at the foot of Breitenstein. From here, there are many hiking trails, and the famous hermitage Birkenstein. Our apartment is 65 square meters and has two separate bedrooms.

Perfekte Ausgangslage für Wanderungen

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und liegt im 2.OG eines Einfamilienhauses. Sie ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, dabei aber sehr gemütlich, u.a. gibt es eine schöne Sitzecke in der Küche. Vom Balkon des großen Schlafzimmers hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und sitzt am Nachmittag dort in voller Sonne! Am Haus starten direkt die Wanderwege, u.a. zum Gipfel des Wendel- sowie Breitensteins. Zum Schliersee fährt man ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto. Die Gastgeber wohnen im 1.OG. Sie waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit nochmals dort buchen!

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Natur

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verlebt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und landschaftlich schön. Mit der Gästekarte kann der Öffentliche Nahverkehr kostenlos genutzt werden. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Schöne Ausflugsziele sind der Wendelstein und der Schliersee.

Großartiges bayerisches Jodelhaus

Saubere und zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter, und gleichzeitig ganz diskret! Wunderbarer Ausblick von zwei Balkonen in die Natur!! Absolut ruhig gelegen und gleichzeitig nicht weit von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
