Beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in Fischen im Allgäu - with its own swimming pool and sauna (for a small fee). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with natural light, toilet, sink and bathtub. Small twin-line kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge. Dining and living room with dining table with 4 chairs, sofa, small TV. Each room has one or more windows / balcony door. The entire apartment surrounds an L-shaped balcony (with table and chairs).

The apartment has its own underground parking space. No smoking desired!
Personal contact person on site, who will take care of the welcome and care of the guests and check the state of the apartment on the day of departure. There is a deposit of 100 euros to deposit - which will be paid on the day of departure, if there are no complaints.

Overcrowding: in the living room there is a couch, which can be used by a child on request.

In November / beginning of December the swimming pool will be cleaned and not available - exact times please inquire.

In the basement is a washer and dryer, which can be operated with coins.

Additional costs:

Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 55 EUR (obligatory).
Electricity: once per object included in the price (compulsory).
Sauna: per object and day according to consumption (obligatory).
Parking: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).
Towels: per person per week included in the price (compulsory).
Bed linen: Included in the price per person per week (mandatory).
Extra bed: to rent per person per week for 150 EUR (optional).
