The staff was remarkably helpful, writing out a full list of all her favorite places to eat, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and she was right on every recommendation. And the room itself was spotless.

When I first pulled up I immediately had second thoughts about continuing with my reservation but I figured I was already here so I might as well use it. I was actually pleasantly surprised. The gentleman that checked me in was so nice & when I opened the door to my room I was surprised that it looks exactly like the picture. The room is a really good size with a nice little refrigerator and microwave

The staff was pleasant enough and the room was clean and I slept well. However, the LED office light in the bathroom went out and that made it kind of hard to put on my makeup in the morning. Then I went to get coffee in the morning in the office, and the hot water was only lukewarm, making that not possible. Plus hotels.com charges $33 extra to rent the room. I would just call them directly because for the amount I paid I would expect a little bit more.
