Shared backyard with main house. No laundry access available. We are located in the heart of downtown Flagstaff which has the railroad running through it. So there will be some train noise as it is 200 yards from the home. Most people don’t notice it, but we do supply ear plugs just in case.

**We are not flexible with check in and checkout times. It is a strict 11am checkout and 3pm check in. This is to insure proper cleaning and maintenance between each guest especially during Covid-19.
