Wonderful experience from booking to finish. Mason was an incredible host and instantly responsive. The house is charming and immaculate. The back yard is dog safe. The neighborhood is perfect for a long walk with your furry friend. One of our very best VRBO experiences.

Great location in a quiet and cute neighborhood. House was very clean and comfortable. We did not do any cooking, so can't speak on that. My only complaint is some of the artwork may be a little inappropriate/ scary for young kids.

Perfect place for a family stay!

Awesome place! We had our family of 4 plus our dog, and it was a perfect fit. The place was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the fenced-in yard was big and fun for our dog to run around. The big kitchen with a gas stove was perfect for feeding our family all weekend.The house has some extra touches that we really enjoyed as well. Both bathrooms have bidets and the master has a squatty potty (I love those!!). Also, the garage has a very functional set of workout equipment which my daughter enjoyed.The location was great too. It is a nice little residential community great for taking walks with the dog. And then it is only 10-15 mins drive from any of the Flagstaff attractions. Easy freeway access.Lastly, the owner is very communicative and responsive. I had an issue with a trash can, so I sent a message via the app, and he had a new trash can on the front porch within a couple of hours. It was great!!I definitely recommend this place and plan to stay here again.

Cozy Pet Friendly Retreat

This property was a dream for our family and dog. The house was well provisioned for our week long stay. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The enclosed backyard was ideal for dog care and made our stay there very easy while traveling with our dog. The location was ideal for our trips to Sedona with only a 45 minute drive to this area. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice house. Good location for Grand Canyon and AZ Snowbowl. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Kitchen was adequate. Nice neighborhood for a run or walk. Backyard was nice for hanging out. Gym in garage was handy for traveling with athletes.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood

Absolutely GREAT communication, easy check in/out, beautiful home, lovely neighborhood, comfortable beds, good kitchen, restful yard, and an overall great space. The only thing that wasn't ideal for us was some of the modern art pieces, as they were a little too eclectic for us, and not super great for our teenage boys. But most of the pieces were fun/beautiful/unique/funky and a great fit for the house.This location was also great for getting up to Snowbowl, and for being near shops, parks, and restaurants. The home gym was a treat for our teenage boys too.It is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!!

Perfect getaway for us with our pup

This is a great little home in a lovely, well-established neighborhood. We chose it because of the fenced in backyard, but we were really impressed with the rest of the amenities. The host really thought of everything here.

One level

The house was great. We needed a one level home due to a disability. The house I was almost perfect for us except going out to the backyard. No railings off the deck and the walkway was uneven. The one level was a must for us. She could get out to the backyard but needed assistance. The only other thing I would say is the couch wasn’t as comfortable as it could be.

Pet Friendly House

This house was very clean and well stocked. The living room furniture could use an update for comfort, but the beds very comfortable. We are traveling in a Motor Home so it was so nice to have a fenced backyard for our dogs to roam around for a few days on our travels. I would recommend this home.

Great Flagstaff rental!

Fantastic stay over the holiday at this great little house in Flag. Owners left a really nice welcome note and the house had everything we needed to enjoy a few days in the snow. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked even though at first glance it didn't look like it was. Lots of hidden tools and pots and pans! Fireplace was fabulous and we really enjoyed it during Flag's first snow of the season! Backyard is large and fenced for pups to have some play space. Kids and I thought beds were great. Bathrooms were clean and lots of towels provided. The only downside to this house is the very noisy HVAC which goes on and off all day long. But it did what it needed to do, so I can't complain too much! We loved this house and hope to book it again in the future!

Awesome comfortable home and dog friendly

Great house with 3 very useable bedrooms even though we only used one. Very clean. Would love to bring the grown kids or friends here. The backyard is completely enclosed by a fence so even my little terrier couldn’t escape. Awesome fire pit in the backyard with plenty of chairs and an additional outdoor heater if needed to sit and relax with family or Freinds. Very quiet well maintained neighborhood. We came to hike and watch the leaves changing color. Nice large TV we streamed in the playoffs and enjoyed a cozy home. Loved the artwork. Very unusual. Would have bought a couple pieces if they were for sale! Near grocery stores and restaurants. Close to anything you might need. The house is well stocked. Just come and enjoy! Mason was very responsive to every need! We also loved the wood burning fireplace at night after a long day outdoors. He even had plenty of wood. Can’t say enough good about this place. Hope to return again.
