I am not sure who manages your VRBO but this place is very dirty. The upstairs two of the bedrooms had dirty sheets which I will send photos, the upstairs deck is a complete disaster , the hot tub area is a mess with a bag of trash next to the steps. The garage is filthy. The drive way is very steep. Glad it wasn’t snowing. You cold smell fire smoke from neighbors it was very unpleasant. We are washing sheets and blanket’s now.

Perfection

The house was amazing, we wanted a location to visit the Grand Canyon and added on the petrified forest for another day adventure! This house was perfect to visit both and allow us to come back and have family night together after a day long adventure! We are a family of four that enjoy our limited time together and to be able to cook in a dream kitchen (quote from my 15 year old daughter!) and relax and have space.. This tree house was amazing
. It was very quiet (I was concerned looking at the maps and being in a neighborhood) however, this home was exactly what we look for when we travel. The host are very responsive. Thank you for making our spring break 2025 trip amazing!

Great Stay in the Treehouse

The treehouse was great! Perfect location for snowbowl and attending our son's NAU graduation! Very clean, plenty of pillows towels, blankets and necessities. The lights do not work on the hot tub which we didn't find out until after we rented and the driveway is very steep which the pictures didn't really show, but would stay again and recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Truly feels like home away from home! Great house with everything you could possibly want. Very clean everywhere, very comfortable beds, great Hot Tub, nice kitchen. Stephanie was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. She truly cares and wants to make your stay great! She even put up a christmas tree for us! Location of the house is perfect because it is close to Flagstaff, Sedona, Grand Canyon and so much more. But if you don’t want to drive, there are great Hiking trails very close by. We did Fat Man loop and highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Mountainaire Rental

My family and I stayed in Mountainaire for our daughter’s wedding. The venue was located in the same neighborhood as the Aldea in the Woods wedding venue. The property itself was outstanding! Every detail was very meticulous throughout the home. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you very much!

This listing is fantastic! The location is great and the house is very unique and well maintained. One thing they do not call out is the backyard which is pretty unique as it has all kinds of flowers and plants! The A/C really helps keep it cool as well. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Perfect Bday Getaway in the Treehouse!

This house was absolutely perfect for my bday weekend to escape the heat and be amongst the pine trees. It fit the description to a tee, and was even more wonderful in person. The house is clean, modern yet cozy and had everything we could have needed and more. The garden and backyard was heavenly. We even got some rain which made the experience even more incredible. We loved being able to walk to the country store and little tavern. Everyone in the town was so nice and welcoming. The pizza at the tavern is to die for and worth the wait! I can't wait to come back and will be referring it to everyone I own. The owner was so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Thank you for the perfect weekend getaway!

Graduation Weekend in the Pines

What a great house! We really enjoyed our time. The house has so many great spaces to hang out and visit, including the large sized kitchen. We only had issues with the "smart home" lights in the kitchen. I think having some more instructions on the Alexa and smart switches would have helped us trouble shoot. However, communication with the hosts was great and they did everything they could to try and help. The driveway, as described, is VERY steep. Like 18% grade steep lol! But everything worked out great, and it was the perfect space for our NAU graduation weekend with family!

Awesome Place to Stay in Flagstaff!

The treehouse was an awesome place to stay and provided us with everything that we needed for a weekend skiing up at the Arizona Snowbowl. Forewarning if it dumps two feet or more of snow you might have to do some shoveling and be aggressive when going up the driveway into the garage. That however is the price you pay to get to the mountain for the first tracks and can't wait for the plow company. Overall the place was fantastic and provided everything we needed for our group and a perfect spot for family dinners with every kitchen component that you need.

Great Family Winter Destination

This was our first visit to Flagstaff, Arizona. We are from Washington state and traveled to be with family for a belated Christmas celebration. This house was perfect for our group. Very modern and well appointed. lots of sleep options for the kids and adults. All very comfortable. There was lots of snow in the area but the streets were well plowed. The kids enjoyed sledding and tubing at a nearby hillside. We would definitely return here for another family gathering.

Perfect Getaway!

The property was all it advertised! The property owners made everything so easy, from check in to departure. We were also able to easily contact them and received immediate responses. The home was very well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfortable and living areas were perfect for family time and fun! Great location, far enough off the highway to leave the noise and lights behind. Yet, close enough to shopping if you needed. 5 stars for many reasons but the owners made this a 5 star review for their excellent communication and for sharing their beautiful home!

Beautiful house

The house was so wonderful. I like to give house owners a full update on what I see. It doesn’t reflect badly just letting them know. We didn’t cook much but did notice the pepper was out. Also it may be helpful to have instructions for the range because my husband had to wait for me to wake up to help him turn on the stove for eggs. The lights for the kitchen block were out. Finally, I noticed a small leak outside while enjoying a bowl of cereal in the backyard, the connecter piece that links the faucet to the hose. Again beautiful house indoors and out. Thank you!!

Fantastic home and location

We had a lovely week in Flagstaff for our summer vacation and this rental home was perfect. The home is very clean and comfy. The location was ideal for day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The kids loved the hot tub after hiking and enjoying the amazing surrounding attractions. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything I needed to cook several meals. There is no AC but the nights do cool off and there is a 3rd floor window AC unit that provided some cooler air that could be felt on the 2nd floor (where 3 bedrooms are located.) Communication with the owner was flawless and they provided a very nice welcome packet with lots of helpful information about the house and surrounding area. Overall, an excellent rental home!
