A grand way to stay

They have a unique decor in the rooms and hotel. The food was good but expensive. It is right on the edge of the tourist part of Florence so you can see the sights and how the people live.

Love the hotel, hate the lights in the room

We loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere had a cool vibe and just very unique and fun. The lights inside the room were awful. After being in the room for a week, we still have trouble figuring out how to turn them off and on. We asked for help from the staff and they said they had trouble with them too. It sounded like it's a common occurrence with other hotel guests too. That is our only complaint as everything else was fabulous.

Hip hotel with huge and clean rooms centrally located in Florence, with excellent facilities within the hotel. Do note that a fee of 30Euros is required even for drop off if you are driving your own car in after 7pm.

This is a life memory. You will never stay in a hotel like this again. I selected it because it looked really different and fun. My expectations were met. It was really incredible. I don't know who thought it all up, but it is fabulous. Great location, friendly staff, clean, fun!!

Really charming inferno style setting w red room, Nordic sauna plus all what you’d expect - and not expect. Perfect for romantics of course and I felt nice relief from the city itself. Maybe I’ve visited too many times.. an inferno not so many times!

This is our second time staying at the hotel, and we absolutely love it. We took our parents in April and came back as just a couple in November. The hotel is super cool and has everything you need. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and very clean. You cannot beat the location of this hotel, It’s a five minute walk for everything. The staff are great and very friendly, always happy to help and be on hand, should you need anything. We will come back to Florence next year and definitely stay here again!
