Bright newly renovated apartment located in a residential area. The ideal place to spend your business or leisure stay, thanks to the proximity to the Palace of Justice, the University Center and the bus stops number 17 and 22 that take you to the strategic points of the city in a few minutes. Able to accommodate up to 4 people, it lends itself well to accommodate couples or families on a trip!
Two-room apartment of approx. 40 m2, with a large double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining table and a richly equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a separate area for luggage.
The accommodation has just been renovated and has every desirable comfort to make your stay in Florence unforgettable!
In the kitchenette you can use a traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, stove with four gas burners, fridge / freezer and coffee machine with capsule system.
Other free comforts available to guests are: WiFi, washing machine, safe, heating, air conditioning and a 30 '' TV.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with an external gate.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.
At check-in we will need to register each guest's data for legal purposes only, so we will ask you to show a valid document.
Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:

between 11pm and midnight >> € 30

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
