This hotel is just bad. On one good note, we loved the pancake maker!
There were only two towels in the room when we arrived and management would not give any more. We left our towels hanging on rack to preserve them. The next day housekeeping took the towels and did not clean or empty the trash in the room. When I asked for replacement towels the management stated that they would not provide any towels. Some of our family was already in the bath when we realized that the towels were missing. I can understand not having extra towels, but taking the existing towels in the room is just crazy. Even the bath mat was taken. The management provided no resources to the employees to close down other rooms or have access to the towel storage. While I was addressing my complaint to the front desk another guest came to the front desk asking for more towels and stating that he had towels in the morning but they were no longer in his room that evening. So they had done this to multiple rooms and management did not take any responsibility for the incident and provided no accommodation for an issue that they aggressively created.
I am not a fan of this poor level of hospitality.
