This was our third stay at your very fine hotel. We enjoyed it very much. The hotel is perfectly sighted for sight-seeing. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. However, my wife and I did think that Simonetta and Franco in the bar were exceptionally attentive and we do commend the the service they gave us each evening. They are a real asset to the hotel.

Just a fabulous hotel, the staff make it incredible, attention to detail, we felt so looked after.. every little whim taken care off, each night we had a little nightcap at the cocktail bar, by day two we did not need to ask for our drinks , the amazing staff remembered what we liked and it was on the bar for us, just so lovely, we felt like family in a city centre hotel.

Our stay at Bernini Palace was exceptional. It’s in a convenient location that’s close to most of the city’s highlights. Staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and the room was the largest I’ve seen in Italy. We loved it so much and hope to travel back!

This magnificent, luxurious hotel is located at the centre of everything. Just a short walk to the Duomo, to various markets, to wonderful little restaurants and so many shops. We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence. Thank you to all the staff at Bernini Palace for making our visit to Florence even more memorable.
