Great, other than the automatic fire alarm

Our stay was wonderful, other than having the automatic fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning and having to wait for the fire dept.come to shut it off and waiting outside in the middle of the night. I was surprised they didnt offer some sort of compensation for such a disruption of sleep. It was still a great stay and id definitely stay at another drury hotel.

What a nice surprise. We knew there’d be free breakfast but didn’t expect a nice, complementary dinner-type buffet and very inexpensive drinks/cocktails each night. Breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Good food staff and front desk too. Room very nice and nice linens. Would absolutely stay there again.

New Hotel

Great Hotel! I arrived early there was a lady and gentleman at the front desk. I asked if they had a room available, the lady said NO and No rooms available and check in is at 3. The gentleman seemed frustrated as he was out ranked. I said ok, I will wait in your lobby as I didn’t have a car I sat and waited an hr. Then the lady left and a new lady came on duty. I went and asked if they knew when a room would be available. The gentleman and lady were quick to get me a room. Everything else was great!

This hotel is an amazing place to stay for the value and outstanding staff and service, i wish all hotels were modeled after the Drury! It exceed all my families expectations. I have only had better at hotels costing twice as much!

Awesome Breakfast, Perfect Spot!

Check-in and check-out were seamless - after we realized we had to pick up the phone to get in the front door (since we checked in at 11pm). Bar & kitchen were open until midnight, and the free breakfast was probably the best we've ever had at a standard hotel in the US; sausage patties, potatoes, eggs, biscuits, gravy, two different-sized waffle makers, fresh pancakes, hot oatmeal, bagels & bread, cereals - it was outstanding! Perfect midway stop on our park trip between Kings Island and Kentucky Kingdom

The staff was exceptional! I want to thank the front desk attendees and all the staff for their kindness, patience, and always welcoming and informative. The hotel was always clean! My only complaint was the chemicals in the pool were extremely strong. Otherwise, I will definitely be staying at Drury again!
