What a wonderful hotel! The hotel staff is SO accommodating, nice and welcoming! The hotel room was big, very clean & comfortable! The location is PERFECT! Right in the middle of Florence! The overall hotel is wonderful! I highly recommend it and I plan to return one day!!! Grazie!!

This is a really nice hotel, however it really stunk really badly like sewage. We visited in July and it was very hot. Apparently a lot of Florence smells when it’s hot but our room smelled like sewage which made us all feel sick. The staff put a scented diffuser in our room, but we actually went to bug Vicks Vapor Rub to wipe under our noses so it would help to counter the smell. Otherwise, a good breakfast and kind staff. Sadly, the smell was repugnant! I would stay further out of Florence’s center to avoid the smell.

Extremely well located. Between Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. Santa Maria Novella Train Station is a fifteen minute walk away. Many dining and shopping options. Short walk to the Uffizi Galleries and the Ponte Vecchio. Very nice decor.
