This place is very well located between train terminal and the cathedral and lots of shopping and restaurants around. My wife , I and my teenage kids were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. Front desk and the breakfast team were amazing and very kind peoples. I will definitely recommend this place !

The hotel was clean and we felt safe throughout the entire stay. It was centrally located and made our Florence trip very memorable. But most of all, the gracious and hospitable hotel staff: Jessica, Nika, and Carla made our stay extra special! Thank you, ladies for accommodating us especially our elderly parents. Staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel was modern & stylish. Free breakfast which had good options to choose from. The hotel was close to the centre. Lovely touch before we left- small gift left hanging on door. Would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service We had an excellent experience at Globus Urban Hotel. The location was very convenient for exploring Florence, just a short walk from the main train station and close to the city’s major sights. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect home base for our trip. A special thanks to Nika and Jessica, who made every morning feel warm and welcoming with their kindness and attentive service at breakfast. Their smiles and hospitality really stood out and made our mornings even better. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

Perfect 2-day stay in Florence!

We had a fantastic 2 day stay at this lovely hotel. Everything from the service, the room and the breakfast was perfect. Special thanks to the very cheerful and helpful front desk staff (Nicola and Kristel) and to the ladies who helped with the breakfast (Jessica, Nika and Carla). The hotel has a fabulous location in down town and walkable distance from most notable locations in Florence. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Florence.

This hotel is located steps away from the train station and all the sites in the old district. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great. The AC didn’t work and that is why I gave it four stars. However the location is amazing!

My stay at the Globus Urban Hotel fit my needs perfectly. It was close to the train station. My room was clean. The staff was friendly and suggested a wonderful restaurant Trattoria Za Za that was excellent and only a short 2 min walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
