Room was clean and spacious. Hotel is older and not modern. Breakfast was sufficient but little selection. Location close to shops and restaurants with a 10 minute walk to most attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English well.

The owners made sure that we were very comfortable. The breakfast consisted of multiple choices such as corn flakes, yoghurt, bread, cheeses, croissants etc.

Overall nice hotel in Florence. Definitely wasn’t the most updated hotel we stayed at during our trip but the location was excellent. Most annoying was that the elevator doesn’t take you up to your room with your luggage so be prepared to carry it up. Had good wifi, great dining options nearby and bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very charming and quaint. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially with arranging taxis. The morning breakfast was delicious! The only negative thing, our room was very small. It was a good experience, glad we stayed there.

Great location for central Florence

Boutique hotel with lots of history. Very central to central Florence for shopping and dining. Short hike from train station. Hotel has all the old Italian charm. Twin bed room very small. Delicious breakfast and plenty of coffee. Hotel staff full of smiles and hospitality!

What a great check in experience, very personable and a great location for eating and around Florence. Breakfast was excellent as was the room, all round magnificent. Was there in wedding anniversary and our host recommended a great restaurant nearby too ! Grazie
