Friendly, helpful staff. We loved the location. And the air conditioning. The sheets were crisp and pressed, the breakfast had healthy options. The decore was beautiful, and room spacious. Everything was clean and it was a great place to refresh, and relax.

This hotel is in a great location. It is very close to the Duomo, central market and the outdoor leather market. It is very clean and the air conditioning works very well (we are here during a heat wave. Breakfast is ok but sufficient.

Beautiful little hotel surrounded by great places to see in Florence. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We stayed during a heat wave, and the air conditioner wasn’t quite strong enough to cool off our room at night, but our friends on the floor below us had no issues with the temperature in their room. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is walking distance (about ten minutes) from the train and many highlights in Florence. Needed a late check-in and step by step instructions were provided to make it very easy. Room was perfect for two weary travelers. Was able to leave bags after check-out while exploring the beautiful city.

This hotel is a true gem. The rooms are very nice, the location is superb, breakfast and coffee was great. The owners are amazing, very accommodating and helpful. Spoke very good English and were very friendly. We really wished we could have stayed longer here.

Charming hotel that is walking distance to many Florence highlights - steps from San Lorenzo and Central market and 5-10 min to Duomo and Accademia. Everything is right out their front door and it’s walking distance to the train as well. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but we had 4 people and I liked that they had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel reached out to us prior to arrival to check in with us and they were very kind. We enjoyed our stay at this cute hotel.

The picture shows a beautiful terrace that we didn't have. The hotel said it had an elevator but it only went to one floor and not to any floor where the rooms were. Stairs were hard for some in our party. Breakfast was a continental breakfast that some parts should have been left out, like the canned fruit cocktail. I would have preferred fresh berries and they would have been cheaper. It was surprisingly quiet considering it was located adjacent to the market, but some taxis would not drop us off at the property but down the street.

This small hotel is charming. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. They have a small elevator, primarily for luggage, but it only goes to the second floor. Rooms on the third floor require walkup luggage delivery. It’s a minor inconvenience.
