The location was ideal for being fairly close to the train station. The room had ample space and was clean. Part of the door frame around the bathroom was missing so some work needed to be done. I appreciated the included free breakfast in the morning and the courtyard patio to sit in.

The family run hotel was beautiful and the staff/family is very welcoming and accommodating. All touristic places were in walking distance, restaurants near where very good. We had forgotten our wedding ring and they returned it to us and helped in finding it. All in all will go back again !

The hotel rooms are serviceable. My favorite thing about them was how quiet they were - and the air conditioning worked great. It is very convenient to everything. My only downside is that is appears that showering in the evening means a lukewarm (at best) shower. The breakfasts were typical and the rooms were on the small side but still fine.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. It is close enough to walk to the tourist areas but far enough away that it is really not that close. Close enough to train station for a quick walk or ride (with luggage). We did both and it took about 10-15 min either way. Close to Accademia Gallery. Park area in front was fine during the day but some homeless sleeping there at night. Room was spacious for 4 people and the view overlooked the park. Everything close enough that can be walked.

This hotel is down right disgusting. We showed up excited because the pictures looked cute and it a good walking distance. The female front desk worker is rude, the sheets have blood stains on them after switching rooms and the worst part, is we found bed bugs. They refuse to refund us and are making us stay in their infested hotel. Do not come here. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.

A foi extremamente grosseira desde a nossa chegada. Fizemos a reserva de dois quartos de casal e, ao chegar, só havia quartos com camas de solteiro disponíveis, o que já é um erro grave. Além da falha na reserva, o atendimento foi totalmente inadequado: falta de educação, pouca disposição em ajudar e nenhuma tentativa de resolver o problema de forma profissional. Kylskåpet fungerade inte, sängen var så hård, vände du sömnen vaknade du. Varierande frukost, beroende på vilken tid du kom för att äta samt vilken dag i veckan du åt på hotellet. Inga tv-kanaler fanns? Du kan inte beställa något i hotellbaren, de hade bara slattar kvar i flaskorna. Annars ligger hotellet centralt och man har nära till allt. Detta hotell har tre stjärnor, men förtjänar bara två.

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, purtroppo non funzionava l’aria condizionata calda e quindi faceva abbastanza freddo. Anche la tv non aveva canali visibili. In più ci hanno messo al piano di una scolaresca che faceva un rumore infernale tanto che alle 2 del mattino sono dovuta uscire a richiamare i ragazzi. Credo che vigilare sulla tranquillità degli ospiti sia una condizione essenziale per un buon albergo. Colazione nella norma.
