Great stay in Florence!! This hotel is just lovely. So close to the train and all sights. Big clean room with a comfortable bed. Quiet and safe area. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was the perfect for what we needed. We were staying in Florence for one night and needed something close to the train. Corte dei Sogni Boutique Hotel was clean, convenient and we will absolutely come back when visiting Florence. Just make sure to have euros on hand because their tax is only accepted with cash.

We had an amazing experience at this charming boutique hotel. The location couldn’t be better — everything from restaurants and museums to historic churches was within walking distance, so we didn’t need public transport at all. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the whole place felt cozy and homey. Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality options like whole-grain bread, cheese, ham, prosciutto, yogurt, granola, and fruit. Eggs were freshly scrambled on request. Our room was spacious, beautifully renovated, and full of thoughtful touches — high ceilings, big windows with lovely street views, great Wi-Fi, and modern comforts like automated lights and a shower with a built-in thermometer. Despite facing the street, our room was perfectly quiet, and everything was spotlessly clean. We also loved relaxing in the peaceful outdoor patio. Being so close to the train station was another plus. Just a small note for future guests: city taxes are paid in cash, so it’s good to have a few euros on hand. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect — highly recommended!

What a surprise! There is a very small sign by a large door. We entered a barren foyer, consisting of an elevator and stairway. We went up one floor to Reception. A wonderfully pleasant man, Dario(proprietor) greeted us warmly. The hotel is part of an old palazzo, the rest being private residence. Dario took us up another floor, whereupon we entered another hallway, marked with sign for a half dozen rooms. We entered #26. Voila! A completely remodeled, large, high ceiling room. Beautiful! And the bathroom was also good sized, and modern. A miracle in the center of old Florence. A lovely accommodation, for a very reasonable price.

The room and the area was really nice. It was a little tricky to find the front desk because it was inside a building on the second floor and the door to the front desk area looked like every other door and was not clearly labeled. Also, many time throughout our stay, we tried to get into the lobby room but it would either be locked or inaccessible. When the staff was there, they were super great but services was spotty on if they were there or not. Our room did not have a shower head, just a handheld sprayer on the tub. It was fine but just not what we anticipated. There is also no workout gym, which I think they do list on their site. These were just a couple things to note but we still loved the room and the stay overall!

They stole my money. Fully knowing and admitting that my reservation was double booked, and explained due to an internet connection issue, they refused to refund me the second charge and were completely ridiculous about it. Would never, ever stay here again. Absolutely rude.
