Great location just a minute from the Duomo and shopping. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Bathroom was descent with great water pressure. Beds were firm but pillows were flat and hard. Great to have a mini fridge but it was room temperature. A decent breakfast was included.

Hotel Perseo is really situated in the perfect spot for everything, especially the train station. It was clean, the staff were really helpfull, there was drinks available free 24 hrs a day. The room was small but O.K. as you were mainly out and about and the room was just to sleep and freshen up in. Good hotel - would stay here again .

The location is great for sightseeing but overly crowded once you are out on the street. Hotel staff is very friendly and nice, will try to answer to your questions even they don’t know all the answers. Room is ok, basic type with a bathroom very small. Good for 1-2 travelers probably not good for family trip. Overall a good choice to stay in Florence for a day or two.

Staff is the best thing at this place. All of them were very friendly with smile on their faces all the time. Many places are within 10-minute walk from the hotel. Our room was clean and well kept. To top it off, the breakfast was awesome with a variety of food and excellent cappuccinos!

Great location!

Good hotel in great location! Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating - helped with taxis and recommendations. Only small issues were crib was an over used pack n play that didn’t seem the sturdiest so we opted not to use it and heavy rains caused the drain in the shower to back up but breakfast was good and couldn’t beat the location.

Clean, quiet, lovely staff at front desk. Breakfast was amazing, with the best warm croissants, great fuit, cheese and meat selection. Perfect location near the duomo. Only negative was the stairs down to main floor -poorly lit, especially in the evening, with slippery rounded edges. There is a small elevator.
