We love this place. Always looking forward to staying there. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The concierge always recommends the best dining options. The amenities in room need to be upgraded a bit especially the body lotion otherwise everything is perfect.

Did not want to leave this hotel. Absolutely beautiful interior, from the entry to the library like lobby and gorgeous bar. Loverly dining area. Fabulous breakfast, lovely and accommodating staff, loved the doorman! Great accessible location. Beautiful spacious room with a view of the Duomo. What a find! And I must admit, I am a hard to please person :)

If I could give 10 stars for this hotel I would. the location is perfection, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is truly the heart of this property! A special shout-out to Antonella, Dario and Nolvin. Thank you for your kindness and making our stay so memorable. You're the BEST!!! I pray all are well after the floods. The property is in a walking distance from all the main attractions. Staff is super helpful and courteous. Rooms are dark, small, and smell funny. At least my room did! The lobby is drowning in scented oils. It’s truly unbearable. I couldn’t stand the lobby areas. The scent has reached almost to the top floor.
