Beautiful property! We had to ask to get our room clean which took a few hours to do. We included breakfast with our stay and it wasn’t worth it. Our room was located in the 4000s and we had to take two elevators to get there and walk around the hotel. It was like a maze and was difficult to navigate. The roof top pool area was worth it but the staff weren’t very kind to us during the night. Overall the stay was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It has 24 hr receptions, great rooftop view. Although it is not in the city centre it is still walkable and public transportation is right in front of the hotel

Great affordable hotel and in a perfect location for train station and getting around the rest of Florence. Breakfast also lovely and the novelty of the Photo Booth and ping pong table were appreciated. Only drawback we experienced was the windows in the room letting all the road noise in, making it difficult to sleep.

To be honest it felt like staying in a college dorm room. Small and not much room to set things. Bathroom was very small and very little shelf space for toiletries. Bed squeaked every time you roll over and felt like there was a rubber mat underneath the sheets. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful. We did not have a Do Not Disturb sign in our room and when we went down to the lobby (on our way running out to make a day tour) they tried to give us one, but we didn’t have time to go back up to the room to put it on the door. The woman in the lobby wouldn’t do it for us, so we asked that she ask housekeeping not to go in our room and she said “I can’t guarantee that”. When we got back to our room housekeeping DID go in and there was a “do not disturb” hanging on the door :( When we asked about parking that the hotel has an arrangement with we were told “it’s across the street, look on google maps”. Since we weren’t using roaming on our phones (only WiFi when we could) this was not very helpful. Would not stay there again, especially for the price.

The Hotel met every need we could have hoped for when visiting Florence and all staff were very helpful and very friendly. The view from the Rooftop Bar is breathtaking and we would definitely look to visit again

Una experiencia maravillosa en Firenze

Estuve en Social Hub junto a mi hija de vacaciones por 4 dias. Debo decir que tanto las instalaciones como el servicio son de primera calidad. El sitio donde se encuentra resulta super comodo, ya que en la puerta tiene una parada el tranvia. Se encuentra a 15 minutos caminando del centro y de los puntos turisticos principales. El desayuno es de primera calidad, lo tiene absolutamente todo y muy variado. Tiene un gym con maquinas de ultima generacion y un bar con vista al Duomo que es imperdible. Definitivamente, Social Hub sera mi eleccion en mi proxima visita a Firenze. Lo recomiendo 100%.

On a busy road so it can get noisy, especially when trying to sleep at night. The elevator can take a while to get to the floor you need. Asides from that the staff was amazing, the amenities are great. Overall had a good experience.

Very modern hotel with friendly staff that is always available to help and answer questions. We loved the relaxing space on the rooftop with a spectacular view of the city. The pool and bar service was a great amenity for guests. We booked with breakfast included and the options were good, especially the drinks (juices, water and coffee machine). Only issue was the hot food options were like warm, wish they were served hotter. Appreciated the free laundry services. Great place to stay and would recommend to others. Also they have other locations around Europe that I will look into booking for future trips.
