Had a great stay here. Outside the hustle and bustle of Florence. A very comfortable hotel, beautiful courtyard for an afternoon coffee. Great breakfast, comfortable bed and plenty of free parking.

They have very clean and modern rooms, everything in hotel is very well taken care of. The rooms are also spacious compared to other hotels in Florence and very comfy beds. The restaurant is also great! 5 stars on everything! Will be back next year.

The property is lovely, and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are a bit cold in October when there is some law that prevents them from turning on the heat.

Great hotel, good for the end of our stay when we were tired and a bit over the tourism. It’s around a 25 minute uber from the city center and 35 minute bus ride. Thought it was nice, the most comfortable bed out of all of our hotels and had a decent gym. Only odd thing is we had a weird pump noise in room 114 that would wake us up often though and the toilet would smell poorly of sewage at times.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. Hotel is beautiful with a smell of rose petals and jasmine. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. My recommendations: Work on the Spa. Much can be improved to make this place a superb villa. The pool side needs some attention. Gym and spa hours are limiting to be an outstanding spa. I would extend the hours to 10pm. The restaurant's food is ever so delicious. They even let you juice your own juice. The business area could be developed a bit but the meeting rooms are amazing. Overall this could be a 4.9-5.0 star stay with some minor improvements

The food was very good and they had friendly and helpful staff. Our bedroom had lovely views, a good size bathroom, and the grounds were very nice. We were there in late September, early October, and were unable to use the pool (our choice) as it was not heated, but it was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The staff ordered taxis for us to get to the attractions and train station. The ride was approx €20. We wanted to be in a quieter area so this was good for us.

The building itself could yse some work. The carpets need replaced in the hallways. The walls in our room needed cleaned or painted, partially the bathroom. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere.

I would not recommend Villa Neroli. The worst part was the bar and dining. Mainly the arrogant manager; at least he acted like the manager. The staff for the most part was not welcoming and we could not wait to leave. We loved everything else about Florence!
