Absolutely perfect apartment in the heart of Florence. Very easy walk from the train station. But tucked away in the best location to hit all Florence has to offer. The views from the porch were amazing and the space inside this apartment was perfect for a family of 5. The safety and security this apartment provides is phenomenal

Fantastic home away from home.

This apartment is centrally located in Florence with beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Small elevator is not for the claustrophobic, but living in a 4th floor walk-up in Chicago, we had no issues with the stairs or sending the teens and luggage up it. It's also a pretty fast elevator. The apartment is clean and comfortable and well stocked. Kids enjoyed their upstairs separate rooms. Shampoo/body wash and a nice hair dryer was provided but recommend ladies bringing their own conditioner. Francesco and his dad Roberto are fantastic and communicative. I wish we could have stayed longer! You won't be disappointed here.

Beautiful flat, great location, everything works

The apartment was in a great location. It was fully furnished and functional. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, the AC and heating both worked. Great view, everything was as advertised. Check-in was very easy and Francesco was very accommodating.

Spectacular views

We had a fabulous time staying in this centrally located Apt in Florence. The terrace was big with comfortable couches and chairs and had spectacular views; one of the main reasons we chose the apt. Our host was always available. He reached out several times before I arrived to help coordinate anything I needed. He found a private driver to pick me and my family up at the airport in Milan; he suggested a restaurants for dinner and the first choice was absolutely incredible! The apt is large and spacious. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable ( a big factor for me when I chose a place to stay.) We will definitely return and stay at this fabulously chic apt again.

This apartment was absolutely spectacular. Aside from the beautiful, massive space, the place was well furnished and immaculate. Oh and it has a gorgeous veranda with the most wonderful view of the Duomo and the city. The family hosting us were very kind and hospitable. They kept in contact throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well and provided recommendations in the city. Stunning apartment through and through.

Incredible Experience!

This was an incredible experience from the moment I booked until I checked out! Francesco was a fantastic host and made our trip so easy. He was very helpful and responsive to my various questions and requests. He arranged transportation and even called restaurants for us to try and get us reservations. The home is in a perfect location with walking accessibility to EVERYTHING! The home was meticulously clean with every item one could think of for a temporary home away from home. And the million dollar view from the terrace was a perfect place to start our mornings and end our evenings. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Florence!

Wonderful Florence New Year

Arrived day after Christmas to celebrate the Mew Year in Florence. We wanted to stay in the center of the city’s great attractions and restaurants. This top floor apartment was perfect for our needs as a family. Clean, upscale, and with a view of the duomo from the private terrace. The building and street are charming, just 2 min walk to the luxury shopping at Gucci and Ferragamo. Amazing restaurants within walking distance in every direction. Easy access to the duomo and piazza della signoria. Always nice to get back to our place after a day of walking the city. Way better than a hotel in our opinion. Francesco was a great host and met us upon arrival. Thank you to Francesco and his father!

Best location

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect and central to all we wanted to do and see in Florence. The apartment was large and fully stocked with all the essentials. The Ideal Florence Experience

The perfect place to stay in Florence!!

We just spent the last few days at this apartment in Florence and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Communication with Francesco was amazing and the property is stunning. The furniture, kitchen, amenities, and the VIEW of the duomo from the patio were all exactly what you would want from a place to stay in Florence. Very modern and beautiful decor. Home is on a quiet side street but also centrally located so anything you need or want to see is very close and an easy walk. We were worried because when we rented there were no reviews but soon learned it’s because they have only recently started renting on VRBO, so we lucked out that it was available. It’s hard to believe this because they were so attentive and took such good care of us it felt like they would have been renting for a long time. We will never stay anywhere else in Florence! Our group was two adults, two seniors, and two children and everyone was comfortable and loved it. Oh and there was AIR CONDITIONING and an elevator. So unusual in Italian rentals and such a great bonus. Thank you Francesco and family for a wonderful stay!!

Lovely property in Florence

The apartment was terrific. There were only two of us, so we each had our own bedroom and bath. Kitchen was very nice, and there was a washing machine and dryer which were very handy. There was some condiments available (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee) which was very nice to have. Francesco met us at the apartment, and gave us a tour of the facility. He was extremely helpful in answering questions that came up about the apartment. He had even left a bottle of Spumante Parking is in a garage a little bit away, good idea to make reservations in the garage to make sure you have a spot. The property is very well located, and there is a spectacular view of the the Duomo and Bell Tower from the balcony. There are some very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. One was the Cantinetta Antinori which is practically across the street (we couldn't get reservations so if you would like to go, plan ahead). Also Buca Lapi is also right near by. We like to work out, and found a gym which was excellent (a little pricey) but very good equipment. Called Klab in Hotel 9. Easy walk from the apartment. Overall a very excellent experience, and Francesco was great.
