The apartment was terrific. There were only two of us, so we each had our own bedroom and bath. Kitchen was very nice, and there was a washing machine and dryer which were very handy. There was some condiments available (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee) which was very nice to have. Francesco met us at the apartment, and gave us a tour of the facility. He was extremely helpful in answering questions that came up about the apartment. He had even left a bottle of Spumante
Parking is in a garage a little bit away, good idea to make reservations in the garage to make sure you have a spot.
The property is very well located, and there is a spectacular view of the the Duomo and Bell Tower from the balcony. There are some very nice restaurants in the neighborhood. One was the Cantinetta Antinori which is practically across the street (we couldn't get reservations so if you would like to go, plan ahead). Also Buca Lapi is also right near by.
We like to work out, and found a gym which was excellent (a little pricey) but very good equipment. Called Klab in Hotel 9. Easy walk from the apartment.
Overall a very excellent experience, and Francesco was great.
