Excellent location and service. Host met us and helped us check-in after hours when our flight was delayed. Bathtub water temperature and pressure could be improved. Would consider adding more pillows for beds. Otherwise an excellent stay.
We are so impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company. Easy booking, great communication and VERY accommodating. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you for your patients and honestly. Itâs so refreshing to deal with people like you.
The property was quirky but very comfortable. The location was perfect. If I were to stay longer I would stay there. I could live in that apartment. For the next visitors I would suggest an easier way to make coffee, the drawers in the kichen do not work properly and you should have bottled water awaiting in the fridge. The terrace at both ends need some major TLC..A canopy over the little one and some decent seating arrangements. You have a little gold nugget. Needs some updating. The tile in the baths need to be cleaned up and painted. I have an amazing Video that you should use in your advertisement of the apartment. We put it on Instagram it has Italian music. Thanks, Linda Dowd
A friend and I just loved our White Home in Florence. The apartment is the perfect conventient location. Close to the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, walking distance to the train station and pretty much everthing you wpuld want to do in Florence. The inside is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and decorated so stylishly and felt really comfortable and charming.. I would highly recommend.
The property was amazing, oozed Italian charm and romance. I read reviews about lack of hot water, not the case, everything worked great. Being part of Florence history was terrific. I traveled with a friend of 30 years, we each had our own bedroom and bath. The stairs are no joke, as the listing said. 25 to very tiny elevator (we never used) 85 into the penthouse that is the White Home. The location was brilliant, so quiet and we felt part of Firenze!
The White House was very clean and neat. The concierge was most helpful and went out if her way to help with our early departures. The best was the 4th floor apartmentâs private elevator!Would definitely stay here again.
Here is the message we sent to the property manager via the app. Didnât receive a response to this final message, though they were responsive when issues were brought to their attention during the stay.

âAlthough the apartment is in a great location and beautifully decorated, the overall quality was below expectations for the price we paid.
One bathroom did not have a working shower/tub. The other bathroom only had hot water for approximately 24 hours after the handyman came to repair (twice). It was again not working the day before check out. We were able to take warm showers on 2 of the 6 days of our stay. Other days we had to use warm water from the sink in the other bathroom.
All dishes we used needed to be washed before we could use them, including the only 2 mismatched wine glasses.
No kitchen linens were provided; though when brought to your attention, we were given a giant roll of paper towels typically found in public facilities. We used a kitchen sponge and the one extra bath towel, to clean the dishes. We did not try to use the dishwasher since we suspected that was the cause of the dirty dishes and cutlery.
The number we were given at check-in to report problems never responded, though working through this app has been successful and we appreciate your help.
I would like to inquire about the possibility of a partial refund on the cost of our stay.â
Very well located accomodation close to everything. We had trouble with hot water (cold shower). There are many flights of stairs and the elevator is up 4 flights. We did not have any luck with A/C the TV's etc but the WiFi worked for our whole stay. No amenities so bring some coffee
This place possesses an undeniable charm, offering ample space and high level of comfort. Situated very close to the city center, one can enjoy pleasant ambiance of the piazza while indulging in a glass of wine on the balcony. The abundance of natural light further enhances the inherent beauty of this tastefully illuminated apartment. Undoubtedly, we intend to revisit this remarkable abode.
We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. The location was ideal. We were close to everything. A few more coffee cups and blankets would have been nice, but overall the apartment was great. I recommend it.
Our check in was delayed two hours after our checkin time as the cleaners had not come yet. We had only one drinking glass (was dirty) at the property, and no dishtowels to clean with. Our check in person did not respond to questions after we checked in. The home itself is whimsical and fun.
This is a beautifully decorated apartment but just wanted to let you know about: 1) the steps and set-up in case you have someone with physical disabilities, and 2) the AC set-up. We had my mother traveling with us and she managed but it was a chore. There are 25 steps to the lift that will then take you to the 3rd floor. The lift is for 1 person or 2 bags. Also, in the bathroom, there are 2 tiled steps you will need to be very careful on when getting into and out of the shower. Air conditioning - While there are 2 (two) air conditioners, one is located on the other side of the apartment and the other in the Living Room. Small fans in the bedrooms that didn't quite adequately cool. It is warm in June but still cools down during the night so we opened our windows which helped. There is a coffee maker/coffee in the kitchen and a washer/dryer on the small balcony. The check-in process received a 'poor' rating because it was VERY rushed and we weren't adequately shown around the apartment upon arrival. We didn't realize we had an air-conditioner in the Living room until the middle of the first night. Our check-in hostess just disappeared/left while we were pulling our bags to the top or trying to get them onto the lift. I hate to sound so negative when the apartment is so photogenic and clean. It definitely was very clean/smelled nice and in a great location. I would suggest this apartment for couples or a family with older kids. I would definitely return in the cooler months with just my husband.
Very charming and comfortable apartment located near the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and Pitti Palace. Easily walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment is charmingly decorated with plenty of windows. Even a little patio. The beds were very comfortable as were the over-stuffed couches and chairs. Cute little country kitchen.
The description of the apartment is completely honest about the its accessibility . I misunderstood their definition of "access". My disabled husband had a very difficult time negotiating the flight of stairs necessary to reach the lift. The lift only has room for one person and requires a key to access the third floor apartment. The two bathrooms in the apartment are not accessible by American standards...through no fault of their own. This is an older and charmingly Italian...but not suitable for less agile people. My children and grandson loved the place. As with other Italian properties [this was not the only property with which my husband had difficulty] my advise is to ask specifics about the amount of stairs and quality of lift.
