Ficamos no lugar pois nós prometeu estacionamento no local. Mentiram! Gastamos mais de R$70 em estacionamento. Detalhe: não se pode entrar de carro previamente no local para descarregar malas. Não tem vaga na porta sequer pra isso. E tem horário de ZTL que os proprietários não informaram. Só se entra ou sai de carro depois das 23hs ou antes das 7am. Apartamento em si, 7 lances de escadas íngremes. Pessimo para subir malas pesadas. Não tem o balcão ou varanda com vista como aparece nas fotos! Uma PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!

O apartamento é muito bem localizado, a 5 min a pé da Duomo e é uma graça. O problema foi no filtro da reserva que precisava de um local com fácil acesso a estacionamento. No site do hotéis.com aparece como estacionamento próximo mediante pagamento de uma taxa. Quando chegamos no local descobrimos que o estacionamento ficava a 600m a um valor de 50 euros por dia. Optamos por deixar o carro em um estacionamento mais acessível e ficava a 9km do local! Acho importante fornecer as informações corretas no site, pois conheço a dificuldade de locais para estacionar em Florença e essa informação equivocada foi o que me fez decidir por esta hospedagem. Resumindo… foi um transtorno enorme e uma grande perda de tempo para achar um estacionamento viável
