On the ground floor: Open-plan kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. Living room with 80cm TV, DVD-DVX player, and 140 x 190cm sofa bed.
The bathroom is equipped with an 80 x 80cm shower stall and toilet.

Upstairs, a landing bedroom (open) with a 140 x 190cm bed, a 140 x 70cm child's bed, and a small bedroom with two 90 x 190cm beds.

Baby cot and high chair available upon request. NO WIFI.

The 19m² terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The 3,000m² enclosed grounds include a secure pond and a swing set. Private parking, secured by a gate.

Energy charges included (water, electricity, fuel oil).
At an additional cost, sheets, towels, cleaning service, and an outdoor spa (open all year round - an additional option, to be discussed directly with the owner).
