Got to hotel very late at night- got a key that didnt work twice and had to go down to get new key 2 times until the staff came to help open the room- they had given us the wrong room with someone else sleeping in the room which they woke up… eventually ended up in a room not what we had ordered with 2 single beds i stead of a queen..

I liked that I could walk to Oslo Airport, that the windows kept out all airplane noise and that the nice guy on the front desk came straight up when I thought the safety chain on the door was stuck and I had a plane to catch. Turns out I was just too dim to figure out the release button until right as he got to my door with a huge pair of bolt cutters. Excellent customer service ;)

Not as great as they maybe think they are.

Not so happy about the climate control. I enquired and told that the customer had no control over it. Room was stuffy and unfmcomfortabke. Some sockets did nit work. Generally not impressed. Shall return to Accor and IHG as they are better value and nicer rooms. Overall a bit disappointed. Funky effort but not that practicable. Poor lighting in room. Leaking shower. Not confident staff. Kitchen meal was OK but nothing special.

Very clean. I stayed here two weeks ago and had a small twin bed and it was very uncomfortable. This time I asked for a king bed and it was so comfortable. Restaurant food for dinner was very good. Stay here if you’re changing planes and want to be close to the airport. Otherwise stay in the city center.

Hotel is close to terminal. About a 10 minute walk. Hotel is ver presentable. Good bar and restaurant. Heated bathroom floors a plus. I was disappointed with the small twin bed that appears to be a box of foam with a mattress pad on top. Convenient for a layover to catch early flight the next morning.

Conveniently located for those who need a layover before their flight. Just a 10-min walk from the terminal. The walkway is covered and very safe. Nice and clean room. Coffee and small pastries available at checkout.
