One of Folly's Best! This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just a walk across the street from the beach and boasts tidal marsh views in back. Under the home you will find an outdoor shower, ample covered parking, and a fenced in yard. Lounge on the back deck and take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful marsh. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Inside, the open layout creates a comfortable and spacious area for the whole family to come together. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and a washer and dryer for your use. On the first floor there is a large primary suite w/king bed and private bath, one bedroom with twin beds and one with a queen share a hall bath, and upstairs 2 oversized bedrooms with king beds share a bath with large walk-in shower. This home is sure to please with room to vacation with ease! 1304 E Ashley allows up to 2 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence.
