The house is great, bed was a bit small for us. The tub needs to be replaced, it was a bit old and dirty looking. Some mold up near the fixtures. Need to replace the chaise’s one missing and the other ripped. The other problem was no ice. The ice maker was broke and the trays were empty. It’s the small things that always matter. The house as a whole was great and the views are great. I probably would not stay there again knowing that it’s managed by a company. Folly beach is beautiful and a great place to stay.

The view is stunning, very/very short walk to Folly Beach public access, which was clean and not crowded at all. The home is decorated adorably, sweet touches everywhere and nice book/game collection. Most kitchen gadgets you can think of were available. I am of the opinion that 1 roll of TP per day should be provided by the owners. On short getaways I only hope to shop for coffee, wine, dip, and fruit :) so it would be helpful not to hit up a grocery store for TP, IMO. I know a small thing but isn’t it always the small touches that make a big diff. We did appreciate the available beach chairs. Overall, we loved our weekend, & again, this view cannot be beat, it made the trip and would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Perfect spot!

My husband and I came to Folly Beach for the first time! We loved the location of the house as we are more into quiet and calm rather than the hustle and bustle of town! This was the perfect spot for us! The beach right out front and marsh in the back. The cottage was the coziest and perfect house for us! We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Great location and Great cottage

What a wonderful time we had! The cottage was perfect for my husband and myself. We loved the rooftop area and screened in porch. Most of our time, when not walking on the beach, was in one of these. Check in and out was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Much needed ocean escape

This home was exactly as described and the location could not have been better! We enjoyed coffee every morning on the rooftop deck, naps on the porch and wine on the patio in the evening. Pleasantly surprised

The views of the marsh in the ocean were awesome. The rooftop deck was fantastic. Every inch of the interior was done with love. Fully loaded kitchen. It’s 2 miles from the center of town so you’ll need a golf cart. Very dark at night. Allows you to see 1 billion stars. Look forward to coming back to this place.

Perfect get away beach vacation! So relaxing!

This place was the perfect location set just far enough from downtown for some peace and quiet with beautiful views all around. The back screened in porch offers the best place to relax and we hung out there almost as much as we did at the beach which was just across the road! Just be aware of high tide times :)

Perfect little beach house

We loved the location of this little house, the views from the rooftop deck, and relaxing on the spacious marsh side porch. Easy walk across the street to the Washout beach. A lovely little cottage at which you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the marsh. One request: new, bigger sheets that fit the beds properly …that’s my only complaint. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Loved Washout Cottage

Washout Cottage was perfect. It was just what we needed. The perfect location on Folly Beach with wonderful views. Easy bike rides to either end of the Island. Our favorite spot was the back porch overlooking the Marsh. Highly recommend this spot,

Wonderful time at the Washout

Perfect sized beach-front cottage for my two young sons (10 and 6) and I. Great for keeping it simple - beach right in front of house with only low traffic, slow speed road between us and beach. Back closed-in porch is perfect for relaxing with a beer as the sun sets with the temperature dropping a bit and the wind rustling up.
