Bellissima stanza in campagna nel paese più alto della Sardegna, a pochi km dal paese.

La stanza si trova immersa nella natura dei boschi del centro Sardegna, nel paese più alto, Fonni, ben collegato con il resto della regione.

All'interno della proprietà è presente un sito archeologico che comprende le"Domus de Janas" (case delle fate, appartenenti alla civiltà prenuragica).
E' presente un fiume "Rio Taloro" che attraversa la proprietà, dov'è possibile praticare attività di pesca.
Lo spazio interno è arredato come una casa tipica locale, dov'è possibile trovare anche vari oggetti del passato del paese.

La stanza è composta da :

- Ingresso dove poter lasciare le vostre valigie al momento del checkout

-Ampia e luminosa camera da letto con finestra che si affaccia sulla proprietà con confortevole letto matrimoniale in memory. La stanza è dotata di un ampio armadio (dove all' interno è possibile trovare delle ulteriori coperte, asciugamani ecc)e cassettiera.

-Bagno in camera con doccia e tutti i servizi (a norma per i portatori di handicap).

-Ampio openspace con tre finestre sulla proprietà, dove potete trovare l'angolo cottura fornito di tutto l'occorrente necessario (Padelle, piatti, sale olio ecc),e angolo relax con due divani, smart TV 55"con Netflix, Youtube e altri.

La casa è interamente riscaldata in inverno e rinfrescata d'estate.

La casa è circondata da un grande giardino, ricco di fiori e piante, dove si trova un ampio patio con barbecue e tutto l'occorrente per preparare delle grigliate, con tavoli e sedie per poter mangiare all' esterno. All'esterno abbiamo una zona relax all'ombra, dotata di poltroncine e tavolino.
Nel piazzale ci sono alcuni giochi per bambini e una splendida e comoda amaca dove potersi rilassare.
Gli ospiti hanno accesso all'openspace, condiviso con altri ospiti, (cucina e salotto) alla grande zona "Janas" con camera matrimoniale e in aggiunta anche stanza con letto a castello. Accesso consentito all' ampio giardino esterno.
