Positif : - emplacement plutĂŽt pas mal - bon rapport qualitĂ© prix - conciergerie disponible , arrangeante et ponctuelle - balcon/ Terrasse apprĂ©ciable - globalement propre et trĂšs fonctionnel - NĂ©gatif : Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur fait un peu de bruit mais on s'y habitue !!! L'isolation avec les voisins peut laisser Ă  dĂ©sirer, ce qui est logique au vu de l'annĂ©e de construction de la rĂ©sidence. Ça reste globalement calme !!! Merci pour ce trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.

Joli studio trÚs bon rapport qualité-prix

Joli Studio trĂšs bien agencĂ© propre et bien Ă©quipĂ© a un prix trĂšs correct. Il est bien placĂ© et mĂȘme Ă  4 on ne s y sent pas Ă  l Ă©troit. Il y a un balcon terrasse et une jolie vue. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs gentil et serviable il avait mĂȘme prĂ©vu une petite attention Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Il n est pas sur place donc il faut passer par la conciergerie avec qui nous avons eu un lĂ©ger soucis mais qui s est rĂ©glĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce logement que nous recommandons.

El alojamiento bien

El alojamiento estĂĄ bien, pero cuando dejamos el alojamiento estuvimos limpiando el apartamento entero y cuando nos devolvieron la fianza nos quitaron 25€ por que decĂ­a no estaba limpio, le dije que por quĂ© decĂ­a eso ya que limpiamos el apartamento completo minutos antes y nos dijo que el espejo del baño y la columna de ducha tenĂ­a unas gotas de marca de agua, creo que fue una excusa tonta para no devolver la fianza completa.
