Panoramic villa, breathtaking, located at the height of the Mortella in a garden of 1800 square meters
with pool and SPA Jacuzzi. Infinity pool on the panorama with two pergolas, one with sofas and the other with table. The entire structure can accommodate 16 people. Among the additional services there is also a wood-burning oven (with the possibility of booking a pizza maker on request), a kitchenette and barbecue. The villa has 8 bedrooms with bathrooms, air conditioning, kitchen, living room, TV, covered parking.
Of these eight rooms three are located on the first floor of the central body of the villa and five distributed in the green of the large garden all equipped with air conditioning and kitchenette, fridge and TV.
It is also possible to rent partially, given the presence of these autonomous outbuildings.
The villa is located near the beach of San Francesco with parking and a renowned restaurant on the beach.
Possibility to rent cars and mopeds or boats with or without skipper.
In the case of rent of the entire structure, a full time cook is available on request.
Near the villa there are supermarkets and all kinds of shops.
Ischia is well connected with Naples, Capri and Procida.
