Beatiful and peaceful villa with amazing views into the mountains

Lovely tradicional Stone house located in a peaceful villa with amazing views into the Tramuntana mountains( World Heritage) .The house has a combined living room/ dining room with open chimney in the ground floor. Next to this area is the fully-equipped kitchen( dish-washer, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, hob...) and a bathroom with shower. In the first floor there is another bathroom with shower/tub and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed(150x190) and the other one has two single beds (90x190). The house has wifi, SAT TV in the ground floor and spanish TV in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning warm/cold in the ground and first floor. The house is suitable also in the winter months. All the rooms in the house offer beautiful views into the mountains. The villa has many areas to relax surrounded by lemon, orange and centenary olive trees .
It´s a pleasure to pick the oranges and lemons from the trees and drink a freshly squeezed juice while contemplating the Tramuntana landscape `close to heaven´. The villa has a terrace with sunbeds, many sitting areas for eating , covered terrace, barbecue area.... It is 10 minutes walking to the square village. The town of Fornalutx has won several awards for being one of the most beatiful towns in spain. Only 5 minutes driving to the lively and historic Sóller town and 10 minutes driving to the nice beach of Puerto de Sóller.
