This beautifully renovated villa in southern Forster provides a great base to explore the local beaches and laid back lifestyle of Forster with all the comforts to unwind indoors. With air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room to keep cool, wifi, and all bed linens are provided for your stay including fresh towels in the bathroom. Don't forget to pack your beach towels to make use of the nearby waterways and Forster's pristine beaches.

With an enclosed front porch to relax on and a backyard overlooking bushland, this villa is well suited for guests year round. There are two bedrooms both providing comfort with a Queen and Double bed. Both bedrooms have generous built-ins, and there is a whole house water filtration system is in place.

Located in a quiet street that's only a 20 minute walk or short drive to Stockland Forster, Little Goldens @ Fays is just a few minutes drive to Forster's popular One Mile Beach. The Polynesian Village villas are an over 50's complex where we request guests to be respectful of other residents in the village. The body corporate requires that at least one guest to be 50 years of age or over to book this property. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 16. Access to a single lock up garage is also supplied. Guests will be pleasantly surprised at how peaceful and quiet it is here.
