Loved our stay

We had a family reunion with 12 adults. Everyone loved the peacefulness of being lakeside. The house is very well appointed. The kitchen had everythinhbone could need and then sone. Super large kitchen with huge island that seats 10. We walked aling the beach, where the sand was nice. Wpuld book again.

This was hands down the best VRBO my family and I have ever stayed in! And we are seasoned travelers. The pictures are an understatement, the property is lovely and we'll decorated. The 2nd floor kitchen and balcony with the beach view were our favorite parts of the home. Stunning! If we return to the area, we would definitely rent this home again. The only slight negative were the beds. I would recommend a simple mattress topper, especially for the beds that are lower to the ground. Other than that, this property is highly recommended!

Relaxing Beach Week

My sisters and I enjoyed a relaxing family week at Crystal Beach. In the Moment was the perfect setting! So many thoughtful details provided for guests, so we could simply relax throughout the stay. Steps from the water with views from every room and balcony!This home is honestly incredible. Areas to gather together and plenty of rooms to spread out, as well. Well-stocked kitchens, bathrooms, laundry. Bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Thank you Darlene & In the Moment for an amazing week!

Family Bonding

This property is simply amazing. The hosts are not only responsive but also incredibly welcoming and kind. We received a beautiful gift basket for Easter upon arrival. The house is exactly as listed. A few things to note:1. **Stairs**: There are quite a few, so be prepared if you're traveling with anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. However, once you reach the top floor and the back balcony, it’s absolutely worth it. 2. **Furnishings**: The house is beautifully decorated, mostly in white. If you're traveling with little ones, remind them not to run or touch things too much. My teens were fine, but younger children may need more guidance. 3. **Temperature**: The house was a bit cold upon arrival and took some time to warm up. The bottom apartment stays 3-5 degrees cooler than the top floor. If you’re visiting in the winter months, there are plenty of extra blankets available, but be prepared for a slight chill. The owners are very responsive and can adjust the heat if needed.Overall, this is a beautiful home with incredible owners who truly care about their guests. 10/10, highly recommended. Darlene, thank you so much for your hospitality! Next time, I'll ask to have the heat turned up before we arrive, but other than that, everything was simply amazing!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Darlene was super great about communicating and helped make our stay a great one. The three story home is gorgeous and clean! Beds and linens provided were perfect! Lots of stairs, but everything you needed and more. Right on the lake with fantastic kitchens on 2 floors! Loved it!

Spectacular Lakefront oasis

We had a wonderful three night, two day stay at this beautiful lakefront home. The property is meticulously decorated, spacious and has a fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of Lake Erie, private beach, and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Perfect family getaway

Fantastic place for gathering among friends and family! We had 3 siblings and all our adult children and partners, plus a couple of friends - 14 in all, and everyone agreed it was the perfect spot. Came for the eclipse 2024 and so enjoyed the beach, the fabulous kitchen, the great deck, plus Darlene’s above and beyond hosting. Thank you so much!

Absolutely stunning place

We visited In the moment for my husband's 50th birthday celebration and this place exceeded our expectations!! Our first day started with a very pleasant surprise of 50 number candles, wine and a birthday cake prepared by Darlene!! 🎂 This house had everything and beyond of what we needed for this special celebration. Also, the weather wasn't the best during the weekend that we stayed but it was still absolutley beautiful and we could enjoy small walks at the private beach here and there when rain stopped. We strongly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a luxury and special getaway. We will definitely come back again!!

Amazing space for friends to gather

We had an amazing time at this stunning home. The home owners go above and beyond to accommodate our every need or want. It was within walking distance of shops in town and right on your own private beach. The upstairs balcony overlooking the lake was my favourite spot to look out on the water. Thank you again for such an amazing space.

Perfect weekend!

Everything about this property was better than expected. A group of 7 women enjoyed the entire home, and there was lots of room for us. It was luxurious, comfortable and perfectly situated right on the beach. This was the best rental experience I've had. Apart from the amazing property itself, the host went above and beyond and was a delight to deal with!

Amazing beach house!

We had a fantastic stay at In the Moment on Crystal Beach. it was like being in the Caribbean, but in Ontario. We had no idea such a place existed so close to home. The house itself is immaculate. High end design and finishes. Lots of space for our group of 16 adults and toddlers. It's not necessarily "child proofed" but kids are welcome and they had an amazing time on the beach all day and at the nearby playground ( 2 minute walk) all evening. Location is great as it's close to many restaurants and shops. We were able to park 8 cars on the driveway but there is also overnight street parking available nearby. Darlene was great to communicate with and was very attentive to our many questions. We are in love with this beach house and we made so many great memories there. A friends weekend for the books! We hope to return again and again!
