"Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft bzw. den Poolbereich nicht weiterempfehlen.Bereits bei der ersten Nutzung war das Poolwasser extrem stark gechlort – deutlich über einem normalen Maß. In der Folge kam es bei mehreren Personen zu gesundheitlichen Beschwerden, unter anderem Atemproblemen und Hautreizungen. Zusätzlich wurden Badebekleidung und Schmuck beschädigt, darunter auch hochwertige Stücke.Aus unserer Sicht handelt es sich hierbei nicht nur um einen einfachen Mangel, sondern um einen gesundheitsgefährdenden Zustand. Die Wasserqualität liegt vollständig im Verantwortungsbereich des Betreibers und ist für Gäste vor Nutzung nicht überprüfbar.Darüber hinaus war der Pool am Samstagabend nur noch auf etwa 22 C beheizt und somit kaum nutzbar.Trotz mehrfacher Versuche unsererseits war bislang keine Klärung mit dem Anbieter möglich. Eine angemessene Reaktion oder Lösung blieb aus.Sehr schade – wir hätten uns hier deutlich mehr Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kundenorientierung gewünscht."
