I liked they don't charge for parking (BUT coming back late may leave you w/o a place to park!!!! And there are no street slots anywhere around hotel, which is located in an ugly-ass industrial area by the airport), I DID NOT LIKE BIG TIME: despite they had room availability but still wanted $40 for early check in, that is for 2,5 hours prior, for $110 a night rate it makes no sense. How cheap and opportunistic !!!! These are details that make guests not likely to come back. 100% in my case.

This hotel is a good value for the money. As a whole it’s relatively clean, strong shower pressure and probably the most comfortable hotel mattress I’ve ever slept on. Most of the staff was kind too, however, they missed the mark on the details. Mildew in the shower, hair on the bathroom floor, holes in the quilt, laminate floor lifting in walking areas. Our biggest issue though was the deadbolt on our door didn’t work. A safety measure that was difficult to overlook, even with the other locking options. Would I stay here again though, yes. Especially for that mattress.

Check in was wonderful. Alina was very helpful and friendly. Our issue was in the room, the pillows had stains on them. We killed two cockroaches in the room also. Honestly, couldn’t wait to check out.
