I did enjoy my stay at this hotel. However, I do have some comments. Both the pros and cons of our experience. I hope that the host can see this not as a rant but as constructive feedback.
Pros
- [ ] Right on the beach
- [ ] Room is spacious
- [ ] The bed is very comfortable
- [ ] Nice balcony
- [ ] Rooftop bar
- [ ] Room looks modern
- [ ] On site dining
Cons
- [ ] Tv doesn’t work properly, keeps cutting in and out. Image freezes, it like it doesn’t have good internet access.
- [ ] Shower door makes a loud banging noise when you close or open it. We have to open it only very partially so that it doesn’t make that noise. Very scary because it’s glass.
- [ ] The hotel only offers valet for parking and it is expensive as heck!
- [ ] The pool is under construction.
- [ ] The resort fees are high despite the pool not being open.
- [ ] Valet lost my car keys for over an hour, they could not find my car keys. The car was here just not the keys.
- [ ] In room dining doesn’t actually work as advertised. You can’t use the QR code on the menu to order online and have the food delivered. You have to call the roof top restaurant to tell them that you are going to order online and then they instruct you on how to enter your room number. But to get the phone number to call the restaurant, you have to call the front desk. Which took all of 15 minutes for someone to answer.
