Everything was terrific. Just some constructive tips. The bathtub had been recently redone and it was very slippery. It is an accident waiting to happen. I would either put in a rough floor in the tub or a tub mat. Also, there is no full length mirror in the room.

It was amazing. Staff was great. We came in from our cruise super early before we could checked in but they were able to get our rooms ready and was checked in hours before check in time. Convenient from the cruise port and the airport. I would book there again

I’ll stay here again when going on my next cruise. It’s very close to port Everglades. The Bistro was pricey but, good and convenient. Over all a good choice.

The hotel is really very good, and the staff is very friendly, but there was one issue during our stay… the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day. When we called the front desk, they told us we had to request housekeeping. They didn’t even mention that at check-in. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where they don’t clean the room unless you ask for it. That was honestly disappointing. Other than that, everything was great.

I liked the staff attentiveness, on-site guest laundry, although for the number of rooms, maybe more washers and dryers could be figured in. I had to call the front desk about a noisy room, and my concerns were looked after immediately. There was nothing I didn't like other than the noisy room on my last night of my stay.

I liked everything plus they have parking there and my car is there for a month why I'm in Mexico people and it was nice that they had a little bar there with some easy eats. But most of all was updated in the rooms they were clean no burnout light bulbs it was just really nice. And quite reasonably priced

I reserved a room for 5 including 2 beds and 1 sofa beds. We didn't have enough linen for the beds or towels in the bathroom. Although I thought it was, breakfast is not included so check thoroughly your selection. Also they were not explicit about the grab and go, this has a surcharge that is not detailed. I give 3 stars because it was clean and the staff did theit best to accommodate us.

It was ok. Rooms were decent. Everything is for sale. Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The restaurant was never open on time and there is nothing in the area. I only stayed one night which was good. Wouldn’t recommend multiple day stays.
