They would not accept check in B4 3pm, so we had to leave luggage and come back. We had breakfast included and front desk did not provide information about where to go or hours, nor they mentioned anything about having to request cleaning the room, so the following day at 3 they had not cleaned. I had to go downstairs and ask to at least make the bed and provide clean towels. Sheets for sofa bed not provided.

We got a handicap room only to find out it was on the 2nd floor on the back side of the hotel. The handicap parking was on the front side of the hotel. My wife has back issues and I am recovering from two heart attacks. We had to walk down two long hallways to get to our room. My wife was hurting really bad by the time we reached the room and I had to take two Nitroglycerin tablets because of all the walking I was having to do! I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone needing a handicap stay. I spoke to one of the representatives and she just said she was sorry but that was all they had. She did say we could park our car in the rear parking lot and come in the back way, but they wasn't a handicap ramp on the back side of the Hotel, plus we had to pay for parking and there wasn't any handicap parking or access from the back of the hotel. The luggage carriers were all at the front of the hotel, and by the time I went and got one and returned it to the front of the hotel, I had to take another Nitro for my heart. I have never stayed at a hotel and faced these kinds of issues anywhere else we have stayed! Very disappointed!
