Room size was good and once we got there the hotel had arranged connecting rooms for both my reservations, which was really great given I had not thought about asking for this. Location was great. Last day we found a small cockroach in our room. AC would turn on and off by itself even if we manually turned it off. One day it blew hot air. The elevator was quite slow. And finding a turn to use the washer/dryer was impossible since the laundry room only had one of each.

The room was good a little small but clean. Staff was helpful for the most part but it lacked amenities. No microwave and a tiny refrigerator. The ground floor around the courtyard offers no privacy
