The hotel was phenomenal. I appreciate the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was courteous and professional. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room and it was safe thats what's truly important to me. The room was welcoming and didn't have a smell. Check out was efficient and easy. Kathy at the front desk was excellent but she needs some help. There were also roaches in my room and I reported it to the front desk agent and they were not even suprised. It seem like something very common. And they just moved me to another room.
