The villa includes its own private backyard with a BBQ area and a large heated pool. The dining area seats up to 10 people. Brand new washer and dryer. Basic amenities like towels, kitchen utensils, cooking tools, white linens, hair dryer, and toiletries are included. One of the door knobs came off. We told them not to bother repairing it, since we were there only for the weekend.They keep the pool area clean and neat. The house has potential but there is quite a bit of maintenance that needs to be done. Broken blinds, filthy windows, unattached dishwasher, flickering lights, burned out lights, kitchen chairs, etc. It was also not ready for us at check in time and we waited close to an hour after our check in time for it to be fully ready. Also for a house that sleeps 8 it should have more than 2 working lounge chairs and 1 broken one. We used a short bench and chairs to sit around the pool. Not exactly comfort. The pool temp was wonderful so we appreciated that. Host was attentive when we told her about a lightbulb needing to be changed but not the other issues. The house was very worn looking. We would not return.
