The room was very clean which was nice. There’s definitely a musty odor to the rooms (we had 2). That said, the staff is friendly and it was a great stay for the price. We will keep this place on our list.

I purchased a room with a kitchen and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. I contacted the staff and maintenance defrosted the freezer. This did not correct the issue. I contacted the staff the next morning, and they said they would send maintenance up, no one ever arrived. I lost all our refrigerated food and leftovers, milk etc... The staff did not care. I reached out to Expedia to assist and they were able to get me the $56.50 in resort fees. Beyond that, the hotel did not care. Typically I have stayed here in the past but never had any issues. Beware that if you have an issue, the staff / hotel does not care !
