The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful; however, the atmosphere didn’t feel very family-oriented. There were some individuals around the property that made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

Surprising for a Quality Inn. Felt really sketchy. External entrances to all the rooms, card-locks and a security chain. The rooms were clean but very worn and sparse. My room had laminate floors (which helped with cleanliness), an old fake leather couch and a jacuzzi but that all made it feel creepy not comfortable.

Would remove from Expedia. Room smelled of mildew, AC did not work well, and beds were the worst. Staff needs a new job very unpleasant. First thing I did was to check for bed bugs. None found. Would never stay again.

The clerk at the desk was grumpy. He spoke softly and when asked to repeat himself was rude and acted as if we were the problem. The bathroom is a tiny closet without a real door, only shutters
